A regular color change is great if you want the color change to be more visible. By doing this crochet technique, the stitch in the new color can be seen much more than if you were to use the “Clean Color Change” method.

Clean Color Change Tutorial
To Make A Color Change
Step 1: When working the last stitch of the old color, single crochet until there are just 2 loops left on the hook.
Step 2: Use the new color to yarn over and complete the stitch.
Step 3: Single crochet into the next stitch and continue crocheting as normal with the new color. Trim the tail of the old color. Tie the tails from both colors together to secure the color change.
